The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are defined in your SOW. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific results.
Marketing outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and client-side variables. While we apply best-practice methodologies and our full expertise to every engagement, Digital Squad does not guarantee specific outcomes including traffic volumes, lead quantities, conversion rates, or revenue targets unless expressly stated in a signed SOW.
You agree to:
Work Product: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement (ad copy, content, reports) become your property, unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
Pre-Existing IP and Tools: Digital Squad retains all rights to its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, AI tools, templates, and processes used in the delivery of services. These are not transferred to clients.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, platform-provided tools) are subject to their respective licence terms. Client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with those licences.
Fees are specified in your SOW or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
Third-party ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is paid directly by the client or via a pre-authorised budget held by Digital Squad, as specified in your SOW. Ad spend is not included in agency fees unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
